Do you charge for coming out and given me a quotation?

No, all of our quotes are FREE and in writing. No verbal figures, no ifs and buts, just a simple written quotation either given to you there and then if it's for gardening work or within 24 hours for landscaping quotes. We also try to give you some idea when the work can be carried out, normally within 10 working days.

Do we have to sign up for whole year for your maintenance work?

No, we never ask anyone to sign any contract. We work out a schedule for you for the whole year, normally from the start of March to the end of November and then a monthly visit throughout the winter months. The seasons are totally different nowadays and it is advisable to keep to this schedule if you want a smart looking garden all year round but it's all down to you.

Do I need to be at home when you visit me?

No, we do not need any power from the house as all of our machines are professional, petrol driven ones. As long as the back gate is unlocked, we will turn up on the day we arranged with you and get on the work. All gates are shut at the end of our visit. Mind you, if you are at home don't forget the kettle!!

How do I make payment for my job?

If you are a regular maintenance client, then we will send you an Invoice every 28 days and you can either pay by cheque or make a BACS transfer over the internet. If you are having a one-off landscaping project, then you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit a week prior and then pay the balance when the job is finished and you are happy.
