The garden and landscaping industry has a poor reputation for reliability and that is something we, at Sunshine Gardens, have worked hard on to rectify and stand out from the rest. There simply is no excuse for any company not to turn up to a pre-arranged site visit or not to actually send you a written quotation after a site visit. It’s just not good enough but rest assured Sunshine Gardens Baldock will be there for you at every step.
What you can expect from us:
- Answer your telephone call or reply to your email in a timely manner
- Arrange a mutually agreed day and time for Dave to visit you for your free site visit
- Send you a written quotation of the works you have agreed with Dave within 48 hours of our visit with you
- Be available for any questions or changes you may have with your quotation and make the necessary amendments
- Once you agree with the quotation, we will contact you with a proposed start date (there may a lead up time of between 1-8 weeks, depending on the type of work and the time of the year)
- Keep you in the picture with regular updates until we start your work
- Arrange all necessary staff, equipment and materials for your job to start smoothly and on time
- Ensure ongoing dialogue and updates throughout your garden project until we have finished, and you are a happy bunny
